We ask all new customers to complete a medical questionnaire at their initial appointment. This is to ensure there are no contra-indications before providing a massage.

Client information is stored digitally, and is not provided to any third party sources (eg doctor, physio etc.) unless we receive prior written consent from the client to do so, as per the current Privacy Laws.

Please note the following points when completing your questionnaire:

• massage therapy has been shown to have some minor affect on blood circulation and lymphatic system, therefore it is very important to tell your therapist if you are taking medications, have issues with your blood pressure or are taking alternative therapies eg vitamins etc.
   

• deep tissue and remedial massage can cause bruising to the skin, so it is very important to tell your therapist if you have sensitive skin, bruise easily or are taking blood thinning medications eg warfarin or aspirin
   

• Please be advised I do not provide pregnancy massage at this time. If you think you may be pregnant please advise before you book a treatment.
